Shipping
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is via US Mail or UPS Ground Service. Express Mail, UPS 2nd Day and OverNight are available at additional cost.
US Mail is required for all PO Boxes and APOs and US Territiories.
There is no charge for all domestic orders (including APO/FPO) over $39. We choose the method which we feel will get the package there promptly and safely.
Expedited Shipping or Shipping when you need an exact date of Delivery: UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight service along with USPS Express Mail Service for an additional charge.
These services are available only domestic US delivery only. Express mail has overnight delivery(during week and IT is not guaranteed) in most continental US locations(excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories). EXPRESS MAIL through the Post Office offers the convenience of Saturday delivery coupled with overnight delivery in most areas of continental US.
Signature requirements and Waivers:
Signature is required for all Express Mail, UPS 2nd Day, and Next Day deliveries and orders over $200 . NOTICE to UPS/FedEx Recipients: If you do not wish the signature requirement and decline to use signature confirmation, you will be
responsible for all items once the shipper indicates was delivered to
the shipping address.
International Shipping
For international orders we use both FedEx and USPS(US Postal Service). We prefer FedEX if it is going to a "normal" delivery area, for outlying rural area we recommend USPS's International Express or Priority Mail (Not available in all countries). S/H charges vary with each destination country,the amount of the order and type of service. While we attempt to have the shipping charges for each international area we serve on the Web site there will be some locations that are not present. For those customers we will calculate the S/H charges and notify you via email for your approval prior to any shipment.
Large Heavy International Orders Large Heavy International Orders:
Cleansers,bath salts, and other liquids may necessitate an additional charge. Our shipping charges are designed to cover most normal weight (or sized international orders however some orders may have bulky heavy items that will require a surcharge. You will be contacted prior to shipping should this occur with the new charges for your approval.
Customs, Taxes, Duties, Handling Fees:
All customs, duties, taxes or extra handling fees inposed on an order are the responsiblity of the recipient. We cannot be responsible for any duties, taxes,handling fees or customs fees levied by your country. .
If a package is returned due to refusal of the recipient to accept it for any reason, the recipient is responsible all shipping and handling charges both to and from the destination plus a 20% restocking fee. Be advised some custom services can hold packages for extended periods of time
Fraud Avoidance:We verify all credit card information on overnight orders with the issuing bank as a service to customers to avoid fraudulent orders.
Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your shopping experience. We will gladly exchange or allow return of certain items for refund (this excludes all shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase with original receipt unless noted specifically on the individual product page. We cannot accept returns on Clearance Items, Used Comedone Extractors, Used Candles or any container less than 1/2 full. These items will not be accepted..
Contact the office prior to any returns. All the item's packaging must be returned. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
